Or do they pretty much meet all of their financial goals by 10 years and decide to walk away? Other factors — access to a range of investments or training tools — may be more valuable than saving a few bucks when you purchase shares.

Once you are producing, your compensation is linked to your profitability - if you are good then you will be paid well, if not then you're looking for another job. I want to know about the firms which provide you the capital and more freedom to trade on your own, any??? Don't trust anybody there.
