I once had an issue with CQG software that I really could not fix by myself. The reps didn't care about me when I tried to get support. I always tell my friends. Other brokers are doing the same thing. When I got in touch with them again, the answer became, there is no way to avoid that fee as it's charged by CME. I see some complaints here.. Thinking more, I pulled all of my EOD end of day report summary and started going back many months.

I am at AMP since Cons: none Still relatively new to AMP Global, just closed out my third week trading with them, and I am currently quite satisfied with executions, customer support, pricing, etc. Within range of going negative again Would love to hear from anyone else having this problem.
